The interface terminal block (round / spade terminal type) is a component for wiring connections that combines a connector and a small circuit board terminal block. It is mainly used to connect a PLC, etc., and to reduce the size of the control panel. Terminal blocks are connectors that terminate a single wire and connect it to a circuit or other system. Terminal blocks come in a range of shapes, sizes and ratings, but always terminate a single wire (single pole) and are never multi-pole.
