Board-mounting sockets for individual placement or odd-form components. Using these sockets to mount other components or modules removes the risk of heat or mis-handling damage during the soldering process, and adds the flexibility of upgrading or field-replacement of worn out or damaged elements. Board mount connectors or circuit board connectors are connectors that can be used as components embedded on a computer board. The boards can be customized to meet the user application.

Panel Mount is a mechanical feature or features built into the design of a connector half. It allows the connector to be secured to an equipment panel, external case or enclosure. Often (but not always), connectors fitted with panel mount features will be cable connectors Board-to-board (BTB) connectors are used to connect printed circuit boards (PCB), electronic components that contain a conductive pattern printed on the surface of the insulating base in an accurate and repeatable manner. Each terminal on a BTB connector is connected to a PCB.

Panel mount: The receptacle is installed onto the surface of the electrical device. Free-hanging mount: The receptacle is mounted onto a cable end. Board mount: The receptacle is mounted onto a printed circuit board (PCB). Board-to-Board (BTB) Connectors. This type of device is engineered to provide signal connections between two printed circuit boards (PCBs). Our board-level interconnects are manufactured to give you more performance in the harshest applications.
