- A sensor to verify the presence/absence of the bag in the gripper.
- Capable of 20+ cycles per minute, dependent upon robot and distance traveling.
- Pre-configured for robots with an ISO 125 bolt pattern for tool mounting or many other options but able to be used without a robot and all I/O included for ease of integration.
- All electrical interconnections between the valves, sensors, and the junction box as well as the electrical cable and connector are provided for easy robot integration.
Pneumatic Pusher
- Replaces standard spring pushers for controlled clamping and releasing of bags.
- Ideal when bag registration is not possible and the Bag Gripper is used to center the bag during the picking process.
Sheet Picker
- Picking and placing any bottom or inter-layer sheet.
- Cylinders extend for sheet picking and each suction cup contains a vacuum sensor to detect lost vacuum.
Pallet Picker
- Picking and placing empty open-side pallets.
- Arms fully retract when not in use.
Servo Width Adjustment
- On-the-fly bag width adjustment for palletizing multiple bag widths without operator intervention.
